Dear Team
I cannot access my Hotmail from my Mac Laptop now for the last 24 hours
It allows me to sign in and put my user and password but when i click enter it says:
I get the following:
Something went wrong
We can't get that information right now. Please try again later.
I have emptied by cache and removed history ad reset computer but nothing seems to work
I have also check the Portal Office and it says everything is OK
I can also assess hotmail from my phone using the same internet....
Can you please advise.

So this is what I'm getting too - and as sempornashark noted, I too have cleared my cache, cookies, and history, and I am opening my outlook no problem on my phone using the same internet.
I do not currently have more than one browser, and am using Safari on my Mac laptop.

Hello,
One other possible reason that you are encountering this concern is due to a corrupted browser. See if you will encounter the same error if you use a different web browser. You can download trusted web browsers like Chrome and Firefox.
